How to restrict the candidate at a certain status from seeing the "apply" button on a Placement Job

Control when candidates can apply to placement jobs by hiding the Apply button until they reach a specific status.

Navigate to More → Global Settings → Jobs → Placement Job Settings 

Here you can Candidate statuses that can mark interest in placement jobs.
