You can create a push notification template with a trigger "Job Unassigned Client Notification" to automatically send a push notification to families when a sitter is unassigned from a shift job
Navigate to More → Push Notification Templates
Click on the "Add Template" button
Name this template as per your preferences.
Select the Audience type as "Job"
Select Trigger "Job Unassigned Client Notification"
