Before adjusting to Use Editable View, you'll need to select the pencil icon to make an edit to a section.
EXAMPLE:

1. Select More.
2. Select Application and Profile Builder
3. Select the Pencil Icon of the Profile you'd like to update
4. Select the section you'd like to update.
5. Add Use Edible View to the Select Other Properties.
