Bulk or mass update options for clients or candidates

1. Select Clients or Candidates - Here "Candidates" is selected

2. Select multiple required candidates by clicking the small boxes at the beginning of each record or you can also click the top header row box to select all available records.

3. Now you will see all available mass actions,

• Mass "Status" Update - 

  • Choose the required status you want to update for selected records

  • Click on button "Update Status of Selected" 
    
    

    

• Mass "Locations" Update (if your agency have multiple locations) -
  

  • Choose the required location you want to update for selected records

  • If you want to append / add new locations to existing ones click on button "Add Locations"

  • If you want to reset the locations by removing already set locations then click on button "Overwrite Locations"
    

    

• Mass "Types" Update -
  

  • Choose the required types you want to update for selected records

  • If you want to append / add new types to existing ones click on button "Add Types"

  • If you want to reset the types by removing already set types then click on button "Overwrite Types"
    

    

• Mass "Tags" Update -
  

  • Choose the required tags you want to update for selected records

  • If you want to append / add new tags to existing ones click on button "Add Tags"

  • If you want to reset the tags by removing already set tags then click on button "Overwrite Tags"
    

    

• Mass "Badges" Update - Badges are used to showcase the skills / highlights of candidate profile.  
  

  • Choose the required badges you want to update for selected records

  • If you want to append / add new badges to existing ones click on button "Add Badges"

  • If you want to reset the badges by removing already set badges then click on button "Overwrite Badges"
    

    

• Mass "Document" Add - If you want to add agreement document / any other documents,  

  • Choose the required document you want to add for selected records

  • Click on button "Add Document"
    

    

• Mass Set Manager - If you have multiple administrator you can set the manager for selected profiles
  

  • Choose the required administrator you want to set for selected records

  • Click on button "Bulk Set Manager"

You can use search and filters tools to filter the records -
