1. Add agency name in the Master Board.
On the Master Dashboard, select agencies.
1. Go down at the very bottom and add the new agency name. Format should be to Capitalize each word and remove all spaces in between. Example: "AgencyTestingOnly"
2. Click Add.
3. At the very top, you will find the new agency number. Remember this especially when creating the email login.
4. When entering the Stripe ID: This information can be found in the Customer Review Slack - when the new customer information is posted by the sales team.
There are 2 ways you can add the stripe id - In the master dashboard or in the global settings. Adding in the master dashboard is typically easier.
1. Open Agency 70 - UID: demo2admin@enginehire.io / PASSWORD: enginehireRox70
2. First Name should be Enginehire.
3. Add a "super-admin" login.
4. The email format should be below:
domain + admin@enginehire.io
Example: www.katiemeyer.com
Email will be: katiemeyeradmin@enginehire.io
5. Go back to the Master Dashboard.
6. Click refresh so the new email
7. Click on the new email.
8. Add the agency number in the locations below to add it to the new agency you've just created.
9. Click on Update User Info.
10. Go to the CloudFront Distributions.
You will need access to the AWS.
11. Click on Edit.
Use this format: agency.enginehire.io
12. Go to the very bottom part and click on Add Item.
Follow the previous format, which is adding the name of the domain followed by ".enginehire.io".
Example: domain.enginehire.io
Click save when done.
13. Go to Route 53.
14. Click on Create Record.
Keep the default routing policy "Simple Routing". And click on NEXT at the bottom and proceed to step 15.
15. Follow the instructions below:
16. Click on the new link below and add "/login/739" at the end. This number is the agency number of the new agency you created.
17. Open a new tab and add this: katiemeyer.enginehire.io/login/739
18. Add all the details in Customer Experience.
19. Add also the details in this Google Sheet.
