Please follow the steps given below, (way 1)
1. Select Master Shift job Calendar
2. Click on any date to add booking
3. Scroll down to the bottom and click a button "Customize Price Names/Labels"
4. It will open a window with all fees / rates labels to change
5. To change the label for agency hourly fee, look for option - Customize "Agency Fee" text and edit the text inside a textbox
You can also control the visibility of all pricing option whether to show it to client or not - If you want to hide it for clients then click on it to unselect / uncheck the checkbox "Show (Agency Fee) to Client"
Note - The text inside bracket will be different for each price label setting
You can also set the visibility for some pricing options to only selected job booking categories, to restrict the visibility of agency fee for selected job categories look for option "Booking Categories which (Agency Fee) is shown to Client" and select categories ex. babysitting

6. To change the label for candidate hourly rate, look for option - Customize "Candidate Rate" text and edit the text inside a textbox
7. To change the label for total hourly client rate, look for option - Customize "Client Rate" text and edit the text inside a textbox
8. To change the label for per booking agency fee, look for option - Customize "Per Booking Agency Fee" text and edit the text inside a textbox
9. To change the label for per booking candidate fee, look for option - Customize "Per Booking Candidate Fee" text and edit the text inside a textbox
10. To change the label for total booking fee, look for option - Customize "Booking Fee" text and edit the text inside a textbox
Make sure you have turned on a setting to show total booking fee - here is a link how to
11. Similarly you can adjust the labels for rush fee, overnight fee, additional hours fee, admin fee
12. To rearrange the price label / to adjust the ordering scroll down to the bottom and you can re-order the price labels with drag and drop.
13. Click on "Submit" button to save the changes
14. Once saved, the labels get updated on booking form and you will see material icon that indicates the price is only visible to admins.
Another way to access booking calendar to adjust the price labels -
1. Select a Client menu.
2. Select the Client's Profile.
3. Select the Booking Section in the client profile.
4. Click on any date to add booking
5. Now follow the same steps shown in a way 1 from step number 3
