If a candidate applying to work with you indicates on their application form that they have already undergone a background check, it would be advisable to update their status to reflect that they have completed the background check. Similarly, if they mention that they have experience in Homecare, you should categorize them as a "Homecare Professional."
To do so, please follow these steps
1. You need to go to More > Builders > Application & Profile Builder
2. Locate the section that contains the question you want to use to condition the statuses, types, or tags, and click on the gear icon. In this example, I will choose a section called "Key Information," which includes a question asking candidates about their interests.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to select the section that contains the question, not the profile or application form.
3. Navigate to the Conditional Settings section and choose the type of condition you wish to create. In this case, I will create a type condition.
- **Select Type:** This is where you specify the category for the user if they meet the condition. I will set the system to categorize them as "Chief of Staff."
- **What are the Conditions?** This refers to the specific question from the section that you'll use to evaluate the condition. I will instruct the system to categorize users as "Chief of Staff" if their answer to the question "Where is their head at?" is "Interested in HR."
4. The remaining conditions operate similarly; however, instead of selecting the type for categorization, you will choose the status or tag.
