How to add a section into your email.

This is useful when you want your clients or candidates to fill up a specific section without them logging into their platform.

PART 1

Click on More, then under the builders, select Application & Profile Builder.

Select the profile you want to work on. This is applicable to all types of profile (clients or candidates).

Open up the profile and in every section, add "Show Public Form Link" under the Additional Properties. Then click on Save.

You can only do this for regular sections. Preset sections have their own links like this already.

Then try to open a candidate profile. You will then see that the sections will now have links. All your candidates and clients will now have their own special unique link that is connected to their own profile.

When you open up each of these links, it will look like each section turns into an individual form just like this example below.

Part 2

Open up the email where you want to add the section.

Next, you need to copy the link of the section you want to add BUT you need to replace the end part with [[hash_id]].

It should now look like this below:

https://jadepearl.enginehire.io/public-form/Type%20of%20Position/17759/[[hash_id]]

Below is how it should look in an email:

Important note: This [[hash_id]] code will help pull up the unique identifier code of the specific client/candidate you are sending this email to. So you are sending that specific person's section link automatically.
