If you need to pay a candidate without linking the payment to a shift job, you have two options:
While this cannot be done inside Enginehire, you can send money to a connected candidate by logging into your Stripe Dashboard and using the Connect tab to initiate a direct payment to the candidate’s connected Stripe account. You can contact Stripe support directly for more information.
If you’d prefer to keep a clear record within Enginehire, consider creating a temporary or internal-use shift job, even if the job itself isn’t “real.” You can then follow the usual steps to manually pay the candidate via that job.
