How to add applicants to a placement job by uploading resumes
You can bulk upload resumes to the applicants list of a placement job and they will be added as applicants (and as candidates if they did not already exist). You can also set up an email template to automatically email them as they are added.
Go to the Placement Job tab and click to View Applicants for any job:
