Letβs get started π
Import notes and their associated tags from a previous system by uploading a CSV file. This allows you to migrate existing notes while preserving their tag-based organization.
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: From the list of available tabs, click the Clients tab.

Step 3: Click the Import and Copy User Settings option to expand its details.

Step 4: Click the Import Notes button.

Step 5: Select the CSV file that contains the notes and their tags you want to import, and then click the Open button.

Step 6: Select the fields for each column of the CSV data to be added. For example, map Activity Tags to the Tags field, Note to the Description field, and Email to the User Email field.

Step 7: Click the Import button to proceed.

The imported tags appear in the tags list when you add a new note.

View all notes in one place and filter them by tags to quickly find specific information. Filtering by tags allows you to focus only on notes that are relevant to your search.
Step 1: From your agent dashboard, click More, then select Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Locate the Admin Note Log option and click on it.

Step 3: Click the box shown in the screenshot below to start filtering the notes according to their tags.

Step 4: Click the tag you want to use to filter the notes.

The notes will be successfully filtered based on the selected tag.

Create a new note and assign one tag to it to keep related information grouped and searchable. For detailed steps on creating notes, refer to the Add Notes to Any Candidate or Client Profile document.
Add new tags as needed to further organize notes or support new workflows. This helps keep your tagging system flexible as your requirements evolve.
