This video covers the general overview however the navigation has changed slightly. After watching the video, please also review the steps below!
1. Within either a Client or Candidate profile, navigate to the Interview or Intake Notes.
2. Select the Pencil icon to edit the template title (this will edit it globally for all Candidates or Clients).
3. Select "Customize Template" button below the interview notes box (again, this will edit it globally for all Candidates or Clients):
Alternatively, you can navigate to Note Templates this way:
1. From the top navigation bar, select More → Templates → Advanced Templates.
2. Select Note Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
4. Select the type (client or candidate) and number of note (this will determine which box it will appear in.)
Head to templates, then notes, and add new list of interview questions or adjust our default Enginehire question to tailor the experience to your best practices.
