Use Draft Mode in True Diligence

Use Draft Mode when creating background check requests through the True Diligence integration to review details before sending them out. Draft Mode allows you to save a request without submitting it immediately, making it easier to verify information and make changes before finalizing the background check.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, and then click More > Integrations, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click TruDiligence Background Check Integration to expand it and view its details.

Step 3: Check the Send with DRAFT mode checkbox, and the system will automatically save the settings.
