Until informed by email, Candidates and Clients will remain unaware of their presence in your dashboard. This allows the flexibility of adding a user manually or having them apply and then at a later time, providing instructions on how to log in.
When it's time for them to access the system, they will utilize the same login link that you use. This is typically in a format similar to: youragencyname.enginehire.io/login
Upon their first login, the Candidate or Client will use the primary email used in their profile as the username and password. Once they log in, they will be able to change their password.
A pop-up should appear on their first time logging in:
Here they can enter a new password, retype it, and click update to save.
Alternatively, the Candidate or Client can click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner:
