Before completing these steps, make sure you have entered your Stripe API Keys in the Integrations tab of your dashboard.
If you haven't already done so, this article will show you How to Find Your Stripe API Keys and where to enter them.
1. Login to your Stripe Account
2. Navigate to the Connect page from your Stripe Dashboard and click the Get Started with Connect Button
3. From here click the get started button to begin the process
4. Complete your platform profile by filling out a questionnaire from Stripe
5. You will be asked what the flow of funds are. Select the second flow setup Buyers will purchase from you.
In general, you will consider your candidates to be sellers and your clients to be buyers.
6. The next step will ask you how payments will be handled and how "sellers" will be paid out. The sellers are your candidates. Select the second option: Payouts will be split between sellers.
7. Select On-demand services for the industry that best matches your business.
8. Select Onboarding Hosted by Stripe
9. Select Express Dashboard
10. The last step is to add your branding and verify your identity.
You will need a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport or Government ID Card) and a phone so you can take photos of the ID and scan your face when prompted.
11. When adding your branding be sure to add your logo, an icon, and select your brand colors.
12. Once everything is complete, review and finish.
Now you are fully set up on Stripe and are ready to payout your candidates through the automations available in your Enginehire Dashboard!
