Control when shift jobs become visible based on the candidate’s status.
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: From the list of available tabs, click the Jobs tab.
Step 3: Click the Shift Job Settings option to expand its details.
Step 4: Click the Candidate Side option from the list of available options.
Step 5: Locate the Candidate statuses that can see shift jobs option and select the specific candidate statuses for which you want candidates to be able to view shift jobs.
Step 6: Click the Save icon to confirm the changes.
Control when placement jobs are visible based on the candidate’s status.
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: From the list of available tabs, click the Jobs tab.
Step 3: Click the Placement Job Settings option to expand its details.
Step 4: Locate the Candidate statuses that can see placement jobs option and select the specific candidate statuses for which you want candidates to be able to view placement jobs.
Step 5: Click the Save icon to confirm the changes.
