Navigate to More → Global Settings → Jobs → Shift Job Settings → Client Side
1. Select Notify a client if their shift job has not been filled yet/assigned X amount of hours prior to the job
2. Select for it to be an Email or SMS or select both for them to both be option.
3. Select Templates.
4. Select Email Templates.
5. Select Add Template.
5. Title the Template.
6. Mark Audience as Job.
7. Select the Trigger as Unfilled Shift Job Client Reminder.
8. Select Next: Sender and Recipients
9. Ensure the sender and recipients are configured as per your preferences, and click Next: Content
10. Utilize the Tag of [[notifyhours]] in the subject to indicate the time before the shift job is to begin.
11. Select Create to create the Email.
