1. Select the Pencil Icon next to question you'd like to adjust.
The label is what the field is called internally and not seen by anyone completing the form.
Label When View Profile is what anyone filling out the form will see.
A field remark is great to share a note on how to properly answer the questions.
A placeholder is example text in the field to be filled out.
An option list is used like a checkmark box. Each line in the box will become an option.
Use the above steps to edit 1 to 2 questions in your existing application.
Changing the wording as shown above will not disrupt past answers.
1. In the Application form decided where a new question should be added.
2. From the question about select Plus Sign in a Circle to insert a field.
3. Add the question.

Field Type allows for how the question answer field will appear. Example: Textbox. Checkbox. Yes or No. Radio. Date Picker. Range. Etc.
Use the above steps to add a new question.
1. Select the Pencil Icon of the question to be deleted.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the question's settings.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm to delete the question by selecting Delete on the "Are You Sure You Want To Delete This Field?"
Be sure you want to proceed. Deleting a question will remove all the data that question has ever received.
Try adding and deleting a question.
1. In an application select the question to be moved.
2. Hover over the text of the question and a hand will appear. Click for the hand to grab the question.
3. Place the question to the area it best fits.
Questions can only be moved within the section they were created.
Hove above a question, select it, and place it in a new area. Simply select the question again to place it back to where it came from.
