Step 1: Click on Templates -> Email Templates -> Add Template
Step 2: The audience for this email template is Candidate and the trigger is reference check form reminder as shown in the image below
Step 3: Scroll down and fill out the two boxes shown in the image. Select your reference section from the drop down menu. Also select the number of hours before the email gets sent to references to remind them.
