From Mission Control select Templates.
Select Email Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
Many default templates are sent on your behalf but are not templates that can be edited until you create them as a template.
4. Name the Template.
5. Select the Audience as Client.
6. Select the Trigger as Assigned Candidate.
7. Select the Status for it to send.
These are the matchmaking statuses.
8. Create the Subject and the Body of the email.
9. The body is the current default email's body.
Use the available tags showing at the bottom of the image to pull select areas from the candidate's profile, including a link to their profile.
10. Create a Custom Tag by selecting Insert Profile Field at the top of the email.
11. Confirm and select the rest of the settings at the bottom of the email.
