1. Open your Shift Job Calendar and select the shift job you would like to process charges for.
2. We need to ensure rates and fees and candidate's dates/hours worked are input before we can process charges manually:
To do that, click the "Edit" button beneath the rates/fees details:
Input correct hourly rates or fees as they should be calculated for your agency's payment process:
Scroll down to "Total Client Charged". "Suggested Charge" shows the total calculated from your rates/fees entered above. Enter this amount into the Total Client Charged field and scroll to the bottom of this form to "Submit".
4. Now let's input the candidates dates/hours worked. To do this we'll click Edit beneath these details:
Enter worked dates and times and scroll to bottom of form to Submit:
5. Once you have submitted both rates and fees and candidate's dates/hours worked the "Charge $ via Stripe and payout Candidate $" button will appear. Click to process payment!
6. Check the job's history here to ensure that your charge appears in the payment history with "Success" in its status.
The Candidate MUST be connected to Stripe.
