If an email you are sending to a particular email is bouncing when sending from your dashboard, there are a few possibilities:
Try to confirm that the email is spelled correctly! Sometimes people make mistakes when typing in their email and you'll notice by looking closely.
To test this, if you send an email from your personal email (Gmail, Outlook) and not through Enginehire, that means the email address is fine, but they've been blocked from receiving from Enginehire (likely because they flagged an email as spam or junk and all future emails are bouncing)
In this case, assuming the person still wants to receive emails from you, please contact us with the email address and we can remove them from being blocked in our servers.
Please also note, if you send emails from a non company email (such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook, ymail, etc.) it is very likely to go to spam, because these companies do not permit corporate usage. Please get a professional email address of the type @yourcompanyname.com as soon as possible and inform the Enginehire team (consider using Google Workspace for this, or wherever you purchased your domain name)
