To view a candidate or client profile, simply go to the candidate or client table and click anywhere on the row of that person, for example on their name or email:
This will open that user's file, likely to the "Admin" view. The admin view is where you can manage all sort of things, like checklists and locations, send emails and text messages, manage payment information, documents, and much more. To see their profile view and what information was submitted in the application form, click to switch to the "Profile" tab at the top:
