Tags are little codes that tell the system to grab that information and put it here. Often commonly used tags for certain email templates are found just below the body paragraph for you to copy and paste what you need.
But every user on our platform has specific questions that they ask. When you add a question on an application or profile a tag for that information is created. You can select the Insert Profile Field nearly every place you can create customer, client, or candidate facing information, such as Documents and Emails.
In an email, you'll see the subject line has an Add Tag button, this button is the same as Insert Profile Field.
In the body of the email or document you can select Insert Profile Field to add your collected information as needed.
