When a client adds a tip to a booking, it gets processed as a separate transaction, where the client will get charged the tip amount and it will be paid out to the candidate (assuming you have enabled candidates to be paid out directly via Stripe and the candidate has input their information to connect to Stripe for payouts).
In this way clients can add a tip whenever they'd like after a booking has already been charged.
