Step One:
Click on More on the menu tab
Step 2:
Click on Document templates
Step 3:
Click on the pencil icon of the document you want to edit
If you need to insert a field from profile click on Insert field from user profile
If you need to make a fillable field, click on create fillable field and once created click where you want to add it and then click insert fillable field
