1. More -> Templates -> Email Templates
2. Add template
3. Title the email something that is easy to recognise what the email does e.g. shift job cancelled email template - to the candidate
4. Audience = Job, Trigger = status change notification, email destination = job filler (candidate), status = cancelled
You can also set up another email to notify the client that the job has been cancelled by adding job filler (client) into the email destination section of the template.
