4 simple steps!
1. More -> Global Settings
2. Jobs
3. General Settings
4. Add 'placement' to job types or/and add 'shift' to jobs types
Placement - more long term
Shift job - ad hoc/casual jobs
Voila - now the placement tab will appear if you select 'placement' in the job types drop down and the shift job tab will appear if you select 'shift' in the job types drop down.
