How to have your Shift Job broadcast list auto-populate with candidates in particular statuses.

Choose the More tab to open Global Settings:

Select the Jobs tab > Shift Job Settings > Broadcasting

Scroll down to Select default filter candidate statuses for shift job broadcast and select the statuses you'd like to auto-populate in your shift job broadcast list.
