To manage the charging options when candidates are not paid out through the system, please go to the "Application and Profile Builder", look for your Client Profile, and click the gear icon to manage the settings:
Under the "Charging and Payments" area you can see a variety of options for when to charge:
If the "Include candidate payment" option is not checked on, the system will only charge the agency related fees, even if you show the candidate rates/fees in the system to the client so they are aware.
