Go into the global settings and go to the Jobs tab, from there looks for the Job Board Settings expandable section
Look for the Expressing Interest In and Accepting Shift Jobs expandable section under the Shift Jobs subsection
Scroll down and check this setting: Only show shift jobs that were broadcasted to the candidate on the job board (Shift Job)
Now your candidates are only able to see jobs that were broadcasted to them!
