Navigate to More → Global Settings
Click on Jobs → Shift Job Settings → Candidate Side
Scroll down and find the checkbox that says "Has a button to let candidate report a problem for assigned shift job"
Make sure the box in unchecked in order to Hide the "I Have a Problem" Button.
