How to Charge Client at the time of booking

This article explains how to set up automatic client charges at the time of booking within the Application & Profile Builder. It includes steps to navigate the settings, enable the feature, and customize exclusions.

Navigate to More → Application & Profile Builder

Click on the Gear icon of the Client Profile and Select Charging & Payments

Here, you will see various options related to automatic charges.

Tick the checkbox for "Charge Client at the time of booking."

You can also specify client types that should not be charged.
