Navigate to More → Application & Profile Builder
Click on the gear icon of the relevant Application form to enter into settings
Click on the "Notifications" tab and find the checkbox for "Send Submission summary to applicant"
Check or Un-check the box to Enable or Disable Email Summary Notification.
