1. From Mission Control select More.
2. Select Email Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
4. Name the template.
5. Select the Audience as Job.
6. Select the trigger as Automatically Broadcast new Shift Job to Favorite.
7. Update any of the default email information and select Update.
