1. From Mission Control select Shift Jobs.
2. Select the Gear Icon on the KPI Chart.
3. Select Statuses to exclude
4. Select if a cancellation charge is counted as projected revenue or not.
The idea behind this is that if a job has been cancelled, you may no longer consider that as potential revenue you could have gotten. Instead, you can count the cancellation charge amount instead.
5. Select to exclude candidate pay as projected revenue.
6. Choose if the KPI indicator panel is open or closed by default.
