Step 1:
Go to any client profile that has the gift card section in their profile appear. Even though we are going to one client's profile, the setting will apply to all clients.
Step 2:
Click the gear icon location in the section for gift cards

Step 3:
Turn on setting
First setting "Do not show all gift cards by default"
Second Setting " Show Gift dropdown instead of gift board"
