The Package Manager allows you to create packages for clients to choose from. Packages can include services with or without booking credits. You decide whether to charge clients immediately when they select a package or manually invoice them later. Packages can also be set to appear only for clients with certain types or statuses, and you can even have their profile status update automatically based on the package they select. There’s no limit to the number of packages you can create.
Packages don’t have to include booking credits. For example, you could create a tiered service plan such as:
Basic – $50
Premium – $75
Platinum – $100
In this case, the client pays only for the package level selected and does not receive any booking credits.
You can also create packages that include booking credits for clients to use when submitting booking requests. Credits can be added in two ways:
One-Time Credits: For example, a $50 package gives 5 credits. Once selected, the client receives 5 credits to use, with no renewal.
Recurring Monthly Credits: If the package is set to “monthly,” the credits will renew each month on the same date the client purchased the package. For example, a $50 package with 5 credits will refresh every month.
A Stripe code is only required if the package is recurring (e.g., monthly credits). For one-time packages, no Stripe code is needed.
Booking credits are applied to a client’s profile and used when submitting booking requests. There are two types:
Hourly Credits: Example – a client with 10 credits submits a 6-hour job; 6 credits are used, leaving 4 remaining.
Per Booking Credits: Example – a client with 10 credits submits 1 booking request; 1 credit is used for the request.
You have two options:
Automatic Charge: Turn on the setting so clients are charged immediately when selecting a package.
Manual Charge: Receive a notification when a client selects a package, then manually charge or invoice them.
