Let’s get started 
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Under the Agency Details tab, click the Communication Settings option to expand its details.

Step 3: Scroll down and check the Add unsubscribe link at the end of the email checkbox option. Then click the Update Setting button to confirm the changes.

Step 4: Click the Save button to proceed.
