Click on any candidate from the admin dashboard and under the "Admin" view click the gear icon to see the admin manager settings:
You can select the option "Automatically assign an admin manager on submission in a round robin" and this will loop through your admins as applicants come in and automatically assign them an admin manager. If you only want specific admin to be included in this, please select them in the dropdown "Select which admins are included in the admin manager round robin":
