1. Go to your client dashboard and click 'select all'. By collecting select all, this will populate the 'bulk action' search bar. This is if you want to add the document to every client in the platform. They will not be notified that it has been added, only when they come into their dashboard will they be asked to fill it out.
2. If you want to add the document to select clients, you can search by status, tags etc. by selecting the magnifying class. See picture below. E.g. you may want to only add the updated document to those that 'active'.
Then make sure you click select all as per above screenshot and it will bring up the 'bulk action' search bar (as per screenshot 3)
3. Add the document you have created and select 'add document'
You must upload the document to your document templates for it to appear as an option in this drop down section!
