Go to "More" in the main menu and then "Global Settings"
Go to "Notifications" and "Job Based Notifications"
Look for the setting "Shift Job Candidate Request / Acceptance Emails" and enter the emails you want to be notified when a candidate requests to work a job or accepts a job:
